Due to the nature of our products and regulatory requirements, all sales are generally final. We stand behind the quality of every batch and will make it right if something goes wrong.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Non-returnable items

  • · Final-sale, limited-batch, or special-release items.
  • · Membership fees.

Shipping issues

Lost or stolen packages reported by the carrier may be eligible for replacement after a carrier investigation. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
