About

Private Membership, rooted in Lenapehoking.

The Tribal Research & Development Private Closed-Loop Membership for cannabis is an innovative initiative launched by the Lenape Native American tribe to explore the potential of cannabis for craft, holistic, agricultural, and economic purposes. This exclusive membership program promotes responsible research, development, and cultivation within the tribal community while respecting cultural values and traditions.

Growing Pharms is a Lenape-led Tribal Research and Development initiative operating in full compliance with the legal parameters defined by Title 21 CFR 1308, Title 21 U.S.C. § 822, and Title 21 U.S.C. § 885 of the Controlled Substances Act.

We have established several Treaties and Tribal Compacts with Sovereign Indigenous Nations including the Shinnecock, Yamasee, and others. These government-to-government agreements affirm our right to conduct responsible cannabis research, cultivation, and development on tribal lands. We are actively working to expand these relationships and formally establish a Tribal Cannabis Union that unites tribes in pursuit of economic sovereignty, cultural preservation, and holistic cannabis advancement.
