Closed-Loop Membership

Membership Pricing

The Tribal Research & Development Private Closed-Loop Membership is priced by state to reflect the regulatory environment of conventional cannabis. Members bypass commercial licensing and enter the council fire directly.

All memberships operate under Title 21 CFR 1308, 21 U.S.C. §§ 822 & 885, and through active Treaties & Tribal Compacts with the Shinnecock, Yamasee, and partner Nations. We are building the Tribal Cannabis Union.

Legal & Compliance

Operating within sovereign and federal law.

Growing Pharms conducts all operations strictly within the legal parameters of:

  • • Title 21 CFR 1308 — Schedules of Controlled Substances
  • • Title 21 U.S.C. § 822 — Persons Required to Register
  • • Title 21 U.S.C. § 885 — Burden of Proof; Liabilities

of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA), in conjunction with applicable tribal law and federal Indian law (Title 25 CFR).

We maintain multiple Treaties and Tribal Compacts with Sovereign Nations such as the Shinnecock, Yamasee, Lenape, and additional tribes. These agreements recognize our closed-loop private membership model for cannabis research and development.

We are currently expanding these partnerships with the explicit goal of establishing a Tribal Cannabis Union to foster collaboration, regulatory alignment, and economic opportunity across Indian Country.
